All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and equipment. Because each event involves reserving staff, equipment, and scheduling logistics, the following policy applies:
• Cancellations 30+ days before the event: deposit is retained, no further charges.
• Cancellations 15–29 days before the event: 50% of the total event fee is due.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event: full payment is required.
Rescheduling is permitted once, subject to availability, and must occur within 6 months of the original date.
• Vehicle access as close as possible to the event area is required for all bookings to allow for efficient setup and breakdown.
• For garage and indoor events, hosts must provide a cleared space and access to power. Final placement of the karaoke setup will be determined based on safety, acoustics, and guest flow.
• Our system is designed to bring high energy and can be loud. Hosts should ensure their location is suitable for amplified sound and considerate of surrounding neighbors.
• BeatBox Karaoke monitors sound levels and operates within local noise regulations.
• In the unlikely event of any vehicle or transportation delays, our team will still provide a fully operational karaoke setup so your experience is not affected. We are committed to making sure the show goes on.
